Each memorial supports a main photo, name, birth and passing dates, a written biography, a photo gallery (up to 10 images by default), badges, external links, a guestbook, and a shareable QR code link.

Yes — the Unlimited Gallery upgrade removes the 10-photo limit so you can upload as many images as you'd like.

The guestbook lets visitors leave messages, memories, and condolences on the memorial page. As the memorial owner, you can moderate comments and receive weekly email summaries of new entries.

Yes. You can update the bio, add or remove photos, change badges, and edit any details at any time from your dashboard.

Featured Tributes get a special badge and are highlighted on the Wall of Tributes. It's a one-time upgrade that never expires.

It's a 2" × 2" weather-resistant metal plaque with a laser-engraved QR code. When someone scans it with their phone, it takes them directly to the memorial page. It's designed to be placed at a gravesite, on a memorial bench, in a garden, or anywhere meaningful.

The plaques are made from weather-resistant metal with laser engraving — built to last outdoors through rain, sun, and temperature changes.

The Standard and Premium plans include a QR plaque. The Basic plan does not, but you still get a shareable digital link to the memorial.

After your order, we engrave your unique QR code and ship the plaque directly to you. Delivery details will be provided at checkout.

Yes. You can set any memorial to "Unlisted," which means it won't appear on the Wall of Tributes, in search results, or in sitemaps. It's only accessible through the direct link or QR code — perfect for families who want to keep things private.

The Wall of Tributes is a public directory of memorials on our site. Public memorials appear here so visitors can browse and pay their respects. Unlisted memorials are excluded.

Yes. Every memorial has built-in share buttons for Facebook, Twitter/X, and email. You can also copy the direct link to share anywhere.

Yes. You can invite collaborators by email. Each person can be given permission to edit the bio, add photos, or manage the full memorial — depending on the scope you set.

It depends on your plan tier. Basic allows 1 collaborator, Standard allows 3, and Premium allows 10. Admins have unlimited collaborator access.

 If they don't already have one, we'll create an account for them automatically when you send the invite. They'll receive an email to set their password.

Permanently. There's no expiration date and no recurring fees. As long as Forever Memories exists, your memorial stays live.
